■ Product Introduction
CEIGHT [SEE THE EIGHT]
Honest traces and emotions are bound to be embedded in a sound that has been carefully built up. In other words, that is the main resonance of such a sound.
In a world where excessive and insufficient sounds occasionally pop out, the band CEIGHT is showcasing their rock. And this summer, after a long period of adjusting the bones of their sound, the band is releasing their first work. Sometimes funky and sometimes emotional, the sound that runs through CEIGHT is based on an intuition that digs into the variable nature of humanity. CEIGHT's first album is well-rooted in the origins of this CEIGHT sound. Now, let's go into the tracks.
- Introduction to each track
1. INTRO
- Raises orthodox riffs and foreshadows the energy and direction of the work. The overture is short, but it clearly plays a role that does not deviate from the principle that the first start is important. This is why this flow naturally develops into the next album. Even the temporal specification of 1 minute and 15 seconds is considered an element that seems to imply the album's sense of balance.
It is also CEIGHT's determination to lead the track without drifting without a center.

2. Blind
- Even if you listen to this song without recognizing the sign that it is the title of the debut work, it is meaningful. The clearly jangling melody can be defined as CEIGHT's construction line, and the lyrics of Park Hye-won, the band's voice, capture the emotions of those who are rather intimidated and wander in a well-positioned space without difficulty, and the questions that follow.
In this way, the contradiction that it is not the state of unfreedom that sometimes binds one's existence protrudes, and 'Blind' becomes the intense title of the album without leaving such truth in a blind state.

3. Scene
- When you come into contact with the ensemble or songs formed by CEIGHT, you can feel that there is a common denominator of sequentially accumulating sounds. In other words, the baton of the track is passed without difficulty in the context of the intrinsic sound itself, and Park Hye-won's vocals, which sing of the will of existence to willingly confront the falsehoods and secularities, and Yang Seung-won's solo, the lead guitar, stand out as particularly strong points. Among the aggressive top lines, Park Hye-won's 'function' approaching the high range is also outstanding.

4. W (2025 ver.)
- 'W' is a track that was first included in No Mercy Company's compilation album '7 Lights of Prism' released two years ago. The breath between sessions flows stably on the rhythmic foundation of hard rock. Park Hye-won's humming spreading in the chorus is dramatic.
Not only that. Here, when Park Hye-won's vocals, which induce companionship to the desired world, and Jeong Seon-ho's drumming keep pace, Yang Seung-won's guitar, which prepares a moment of blank space with a lowered tuning, is symbolic.

5. No Way Out!!!
- This song is a track that would also suit the OST of an animation that takes an active adventure as a narrative. Without fixing the coordinate axis of the CEIGHT sound that has been proceeding until just before, it refreshes the appreciation with rock and roll that raises the accelerator and firepower a little more. In particular, the lyrics of bassist Yoo Chan-woo are highlighted in the contrast between the pre-chorus and the hook.
As if to complete it, Park Hye-won's vocalization cheerfully tramples on the appearance of the opponent who is pressuring the speaker. Jeong Seon-ho's fill-in, which has increased the speed, and Yang Seung-won's guitar, which completes the role of a bridge at an appropriate level, also assist in completing it.

6. Fyter
- Through 'Fyter', you can more closely perceive the consistency of CEIGHT's language as you pass the middle of the album. In other words, it can be said to be the 'destruction of the shell' process of approaching what human desire and bare face are and then criticizing them.
'Fyter', which emits the scent of blues and alternative from the mother of hard rock, is also an extension of such a journey, and it conspicuously pinches those who are suspicious and cunning in every way. Yang Seung-won's tone making and the lyricist, which have no excess or waste, form an attractive framework.
