This album, full of the hot energy of youth, sings about the free emotions that you, I, and we can feel. In this process, the messages of love, hope, and dreams are newly expressed in each song, and each piece is gathered to result in the keyword of empathy. The theme of finding the true spark of my life is a story of youth about the questions that everyone goes through while living. This is also the process of CRAVITY creating its unique team color. In addition, member Woobin included his second self-produced song 'Light the way' to express his infinite affection for LUVITY.
