DAWN 2nd EP ALBUM [Narcissus]

DAWN is back with a new EP ALBUM [Narcissus].

This album contains a total of 8 tracks, ranging from calm R&B/ballads following 'To You Who Shines' released last April to pop music that highlights DAWN's splendid performance. The first title track, 'Star (Feat. 10CM)', is a song that highlights DAWN's tone over a calm piano performance and escalating string sounds. In particular, Sunwoo Jung-a participated in the lyrics and 10CM in the featuring, adding a deeper emotion. The second title track, 'Heart', is an attractive track with splendid synths and addictive drum sounds, expressing the pain after a breakup, and focuses on performance with a pop mood.

[Narcissus], which enhances the completeness through the collaboration of talented musicians, features GroovyRoom, Kwaca, LEEZ, and BOYCOLD in the composition, and 10CM, pH-1, GEMINI, and Kim Sawol in the featuring. Yoon Deok-won of Broccoli, You Too, Exy of WJSN, and rapper ILLINIT participated in the lyrics, completing a variety of tracks that cross genres such as indie, hip-hop, dance, and R&B.

The album name 'Narcissus' is inspired by the story of Narcissus in Greek and Roman mythology falling in love with his reflection in the water. Just as Narcissus falls in love while looking at his reflection in the water, the appearance of people who judge others by comparing them to themselves and fall in love as if they have become one is like loving another version of themselves.

DAWN, who has been reborn as a perfect solo artist this year, can be found in [Narcissus].
