Group DKB releases their ninth mini album [Emotion], showcasing a more mature musical color and emotion. The album title [Emotion] signifies capturing the various emotional changes encountered in love, completing a spectrum of emotions through diverse genres and narratives.
This album [Emotion], released approximately 1 year and 3 months after their 8th mini album [Urban Ride], delves into the theme of love—from ironic excitement, irresistible temptation, freedom and liberation, intense romance, to farewells and new beginnings—interpreting it with DKB's unique music, thus deepening the group's identity. As with previous albums, DKB members directly participated in writing lyrics, composing, and choreographing, incorporating more genuine emotions and individuality.
The title track 'Irony' is a pop-rock genre song featuring an addictive guitar riff, capturing the ambiguous moment when a lover's actions feel like "Is it love, or just a game?". It intensely expresses sweet yet confusing emotions, revealing DKB's new charm.
