Hwang Chi Yeul's third full-length album [ALL OF ME], as the name suggests, is an album that showcases everything about Hwang Chi Yeul.

This album, which includes a total of 10 tracks, with the title track 'It Might Sound Funny,' saw him participate in the production and songwriting for all songs. He also composed 'In the Night Sky' and 'Beautiful Dream' himself, demonstrating his full musical capabilities.

The title track 'It Might Sound Funny' is an intense band-sound song, marking his first attempt at such a title track, where Hwang Chi Yeul's soulful voice and the band sound create an exquisite harmony. '7102,' which features prominent acoustic instruments, cleverly incorporates titles and lyrics from his previously released songs, and is a fan song dedicated to his fans who have always been by his side. 

Furthermore, the two songs 'In the Night Sky,' which contains romantic lyrics recalling memories while gazing at the stars, and 'Beautiful Dream,' which expresses longing for her who still lingers faintly even in dreams or when awake, were both personally written and composed by Hwang Chi Yeul, adding to their authenticity. 

The album's completeness is further enhanced by the inclusion of various other tracks, such as 'At the Cinema Without You,' which leaves a deep impression with its beautiful string melodies, and 'You're Doing Great,' which offers profound comfort during difficult times.
