BEETHOVEN THE COMPLETE SONATAS FOR PIANO AND CELLO
Cellist Jungin Huh's third album will be released on Friday, November 3rd. Jungin Huh has previously released Bach's Unaccompanied Suites project with ballet, followed by her first solo album in 2021, <Hommage to Piatigorsky>, and her second solo album, <SCHUBERT & BRAHMS>, through Sony Classical.
Meanwhile, Jungin Huh will present album release commemorative recitals at Kumho Art Hall, U-Square Culture Center, Gwangju on November 15th at 7:30 PM, and at IBK Chamber Hall, Seoul Arts Center on November 26th at 7:30 PM.
In 2024, she plans to release her fourth solo album, a continuation of this album, titled <BEETHOVEN : VARIATIONS for violoncello and piano>.
Cellist Jungin Huh, who presents new repertoire annually with deep interpretations and endless musical exploration, was selected as a Lotte Foundation New Artist in 2021 and performed at Lotte Concert Hall. She graduated as top performer from Yewon School, Seoul Arts High School, and Seoul National University College of Music, receiving a scholarship for academic excellence. Subsequently, she moved to Germany, graduating with top honors from the Master's program at the University of Music and Theatre Leipzig with Peter Bruns and the Konzertexamen (highest soloist diploma) program at the University of Music Würzburg. She was also selected as a scholarship recipient and studied with Anne Gastinel at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Lyon in France.
She has performed as a soloist at the Seoul National University Tuesday Concerts, Seoul Arts Center Recitals, and in 2022, with the KT Symphony Orchestra, Gangnam Symphony Orchestra, and Daegu City Symphony Orchestra at their regular concerts for 'Seoul Arts Center Classic with KT'. Through various performances, she has fully demonstrated her qualities as a soloist.
