Moon Byul (Moon Byul)'s first full album [Starlit of Muse], confidently presented as the '21st Century Muse,' carries the meaning of 'the starlight of a muse,' signifying 'a work (starlight) completed by Moon Byul (the muse).' Like the starlight adorning the night sky, artist Moon Byul, who will shine eternally by her very existence, freely unfolds a work crafted with long-term dedication through this full album.

The keyword for this work, ‘Muse,’ refers to 'a being or power that provides inspiration' and represents Moon Byul herself as the muse. The nine Muses from various fields of Greek and Roman mythology are projected into Moon Byul's diverse aspects, ultimately completing her as one singular muse, 'Moon Byul.' 

In addition to a concept film featuring splendid and dreamy aesthetics, unique teasing content such as a special exhibition where the album's theme can be experienced and a music docent-style highlight medley where Moon Byul directly explains the tracks, adds to the album concept's coherence and completeness. 

For the first time in her solo albums, Moon Byul presents double title tracks, showcasing her distinct personality that only she can express. The pre-released first title track, ‘Think About,’ is a work that depicts the feeling of constantly thinking of someone and wanting to be with them everywhere, with an addictive melody and lyrics. The strings accompanying Moon Byul's cool vocals create a warmly fluttering song. The second title track, ‘TOUCHIN&MOVIN,’ features funky guitar and brass, delivering confidence that even with this bold touch, it can ‘TOUCHIN’ and ‘MOVIN’ your heart. Various genres blend together in one song, offering a diverse charm in every moment of listening, and captures Moon Byul's energy with powerful and sophisticated performances. 

The full album [Starlit of Muse] includes a total of 12 tracks, featuring the double title tracks (Think About, TOUCHIN&MOVIN) and two of Moon Byul's self-composed songs (Like a Fool, 그런 밤 (After Sunset)), showcasing Moon Byul's extensive musical capabilities without reservation.
