We debuted at the end of summer and spent a bountiful and grateful season. It felt like I could hear voices of encouragement and support wherever I stood. And around the time the cold wind started to blow, I saw a scene. A small animal out in the snowfield, and someone carefully capturing that life in a lens. I want to get closer, but I can't. I keep catching their eye to ignore the other person and play to my heart's content. We are curious about each other and want to get closer, but we are careful about taking one step closer. I think we need something more. Something that goes well with the winter we spend together.

NewJeans' new album "OMG," which welcomes its first winter, tells the story of relationships once again in a slightly strange distance and a slightly unfamiliar background. And it contains a special and meaningful gift inside. The narrative of 'us' told by teenage girls who shine brighter together, talking about human relationships and attraction, which was included in the 1st EP "New Jeans," unfolds once again, changing its appearance. We believe that 'we' become closer and grow together when we are based on empathy, hospitality, and reciprocity beyond unfamiliarity.
