RESCENE has released their second mini-album, ‘Glow Up.’

This album, ‘Glow Up,’ captures RESCENE’s growth story, showcasing positive changes not just in appearance, but also in style, confidence, and skill. 

With RESCENE's unique dreamy and sophisticated sensibility, the album conveys their growth through music, expressing the newly transformed 'me' and 'us' with a clear and clean soap scent.

This album, featuring a total of 5 tracks including the title track ‘Glow Up,’ allows listeners to experience RESCENE’s more diverse musical color. Through the lyrics of each song, one can feel RESCENE's image of 'me' cultivating myself and shining, and 'us' meeting as one team and making each other shine. 

01. CRASH

This song allows one to break free from the past and experience a newly unfolded world, with layered choruses and majestic sound adding a mysterious atmosphere. Through RESCENE's heartfelt lyrics, it aims to give listeners the courage to run full throttle without fear towards what they love. 

02. Glow Up *title

The title track ‘Glow Up’ is an impressive dance song with RESCENE’s unique dreamy and hopeful chorus melody and a catchy hook. The lyrics express RESCENE’s fluttering heart, anticipating a more sparkling ‘me’ and ‘us’ drawn by the scent and following the light, allowing listeners to fully enjoy the main soap scent.

This disco-pop song blends electric guitar, analog synth, and bass, conveying positive energy while envisioning the start of a happy day. Through its repetitive and everyday lyrics, one can feel RESCENE’s refreshing and bright charm.

04. In my lotion

This R&B track incorporates Jersey Club rhythms, characterized by a driving rhythm over sophisticated guitar chords. In a mysterious atmosphere, RESCENE's rhythmic and dreamy vocals add a unique color to the song. The lyrics include the Proust effect, where a scent evokes past memories, making it a song that anyone can relate to and recall their own cherished past. 

05. Cotton Candy

This is a soft R&B pop song featuring a comfortable funk bass riff and a distinctive hi-hat rhythm, with impressive lyrics that give a cozy feeling like dreaming a sweet dream. The global pop band Dirty Loops participated in the bass and drum performance, enhancing the song's completeness and broadening its musical scope.
