Seola's First Solo Release in 8 Years Since WJSN Debut, Reversing Charm with Band Sound

WJSN's Seola embarks on her solo career after 8 years. This marks Seola's official solo debut, having consistently expanded her musical spectrum by showcasing captivating visuals and vocals with WJSN and its unit WJSN THE BLACK, while also actively participating in songwriting and composition. 

Her first solo single 'INSIDE OUT' is an album deeply infused with Seola's unique sensibility, exploring her perspective on emotions. It honestly unpacks various emotions that are difficult to define with a single explanation, much like how joy and sorrow always coexist. It also conveys the message that Seola's presence as part of WJSN, as seen so far, and the diverse facets she will present as a solo artist, are ultimately 'one'.

The title track 'Without U,' drawn from deep within, compactly showcases Seola's new world. It's a band-pop style song that harmonizes emotional acoustic sounds with Seola's firm vocals, depicting a resolve to be reborn from pain. Furthermore, Seola not only embraces various styles and concepts previously unseen but also conveys deeper emotional lines through her vocally more detailed expressions. 

Thus, the three songs, including the title track, focus on Seola's new style. While 'Without U' expresses honesty with a very straightforward narrative, 'Let's Talk (Loneliness)' serenely sings of deep inner loneliness as if speaking aloud. 'NO GIRL,' featuring BrotherSu, is a UK garage track that speaks of separation and longing, intensely conveying another facet of Seola's emotions. Along with this, Seola has participated in lyric writing for all tracks, including the title song, and even co-composed two of the B-side tracks, demonstrating her versatility as a singer-songwriter.
