Introducing AM8IC's 1st EP 『LUKOIE』

A world shrouded in darkness.

LUKOIE, the spider-shaped god of dreams, weaves false illusions to engulf the world.

His dreams are sweet, but like unsubstantial cobwebs, they can crumble at any moment.

SAHO, MINGKAI, CHUNGYI, ROUX, CHEN.

The boys who met through a phenomenon called ‘LINK UP’, as if by chance, as if by fate.

Despite their first meeting, they are not strangers,

they shatter the world of false dreams and embark on an adventure towards true connection.

The first EP LUKOIE by rookie boy group AM8IC, presented by Tove Entertainment,

goes beyond mere music to tell a dark fantasy adventure story.

"False beliefs crumble like cobwebs."

Centered on this message, the album dramatically portrays the boundaries between illusion and truth, despair and salvation.

A cinematic worldview reminiscent of a global dark fantasy series,

a massive-scale soundscape,

and overwhelming performances unfolded by five adventurers on stage.

AM8IC proves a new dimension that K-POP can reach through all of this.

1. Paracosm (Intro)

The prelude to the perfect false world woven by LUKOIE.

Grand Cinematic Orchestral and cool Electronic Soundscape intersect,

unfolding the boys' first encounter like the opening of a grand film.

Amidst beautiful yet ominous energy, the dark fantasy begins.

2. Link Up

The first connection that passes through the mirror.

The speed of Bossa Nova guitar riffs and UK Garage Rhythm,

and pop drum sounds overlap, exploding with the excitement of a first encounter.

At this moment of linking, the five boys are drawn into each other's worlds.

3. Escher

Endlessly continuing stairs, an inescapable maze.

Heavy bass and irregularly layering EDM-driven Hip-Hop sounds create an endless cycle,

forcing the boys to rely on each other in this chaotic labyrinth with no exit.

Within that infinite cycle, blurring beginnings and endings connect.

4. Buzzin’

Confidence that turns even fear into laughter.

The delightful tension created by funky 80’s Groove Pop and Retro Funk Bassline

further highlights the boys' playfulness and assertiveness.

Amidst a playful and energetic aura, they take steps towards the truth.

5. LUKOIE

The perfect dream trap woven by the false god LUKOIE.

Rap that cuts through a heavy Boom Bap Beat,

and Synth Sound and Trap Rhythm exploding in the chorus envelop the darkness.

This leads to the moment where the despair of those trapped in illusion is most directly revealed.

6. Black Moon

A sky that has lost its light, a giant Black Moon awakens.

The lyrical resonance of a gentle Acoustic Guitar soon transforms into a powerful Rock Guitar Riff,

and a dreamy Pluck Sound blurs the boundaries between dream and reality.

Even in inescapable chaos, the boys hold onto each other and step forward.
