Catch The Young's music, created by San-i, Gihoon, Namhyun, Junyong, and Jungmo, who possess solid musical skills, performance abilities, and each of their own charming visuals, contains stories that can be sympathized with by all generations, from the young generation where endless adventures will unfold, to the generation that has just reached their brilliant period, and to the generation that reminisces about their past youth.

Catch The Young's debut album [Catch The Young : Fragments of Youth] captures the small but relatable moments of youth that everyone has faced in their lives. It contains a total of 7 songs with highly complete and diverse sounds, from the title track "YOUTH!!!", which best expresses the unique 'YOUTH POP-ROCK' genre, to "My Own Way", "Talking To Myself", "Memory Manipulation Unit", "If You Love Me", "The Road to Meet You", and "Cactus Boy".
