LA POEM Single Album [MIRROR]

LA POEM challenges easy listening, proving their limitless musical spectrum. If their previous work '시·詩·POEM' laid the foundation for the 'vocal Avengers', this time they show a new charm through 'MIRROR'.

'MIRROR' is an album that contains the will of the self trapped in a maze-like room of mirrors to bloom in endless challenges. Through the double title tracks '미로(Mirror)' and 'Rose', they show contrasting atmospheres while sensually expressing the longing for a goal as if it were a love story.

The title track '미로(Mirror)' compares a dangerous challenge to a maze made of mirrors, depicting the precarious figure of a man lost and wandering within it. The sophisticated deep house-based beat, addictive chorus, and LA POEM's delicate vocal changes stand out. Lyricist Seo Ji-eum, a 'hit song maker', and Norwegian composers Anders Nilsen, Iselin Solheim, and Andre Jensen reunite after IVE's representative song <After like> to capture attention. In particular, Seo Ji-eum maximizes LA POEM's strength, storytelling, by interpreting the maze and Mirror in a double meaning.

The other title track 'Rose' contains the message of achieving the goal even if there is pain from being pricked by thorns, and the fatal lyrics and sensual atmosphere stand out. It is an alternative R&B-based pop song with restrained and heavy strings, intense and sharp electric guitar, and LA POEM's beautiful harmony. K-pop's famous producer and singer-songwriter Brother Su and Kim Jina (Jina) reunite with 'Rose' following LA POEM's 'Anchor' released last year, drawing out LA POEM's unique charm.
