Moon (Hyewon), who is actively performing on various stages such as solo concerts and releasing albums as a producer, has returned with the album [Midnight Sun], which features a collaboration with Tsuyoshi Yamamoto, a jazz pianist representing the Three Blind Mice label that dominated the golden age of the Japanese jazz scene in the 1970s.
This album includes a total of 12 songs, including the original song ‘Look to the Moon’ written and composed by Moon (Hyewon), the steadily loved jazz standard ‘Misty’, ‘Twisted’ which stands out with a swinging piano performance and a cheerful vocal harmony, and the beautiful melody ballad ‘In the Middle of a Kiss’.
In particular, the acoustic sound of the authentic jazz trio and the deep voice of Moon (Hyewon) maximize the satisfaction of high-end recording.
