no reply, the emotional duo representing well-made music composed of Kwon Soonkwan and Jung Wookjae, has returned with the mini-album [Love Was There]. It features a total of 5 tracks, including the pre-released singles 'Rendezvous' and 'I'll Be By Your Side (Feat. Yebit)' released in April and July. This marks their first album release in six years since their 3rd full-length album [Beautiful] in 2017.

The theme of this album is 'Love'.

To us living in a reality where love seems forgotten, no reply says: Love still exists, and ultimately, only love illuminates our path. 

We hope that no reply's songs of love will give us the courage to confess that love was present in all times.

Some memories leave lingering traces of light, like the afternoon sea. 

Even without trying to recall them, those days shine like eternity. 

Time has eroded and worn down many things, but the days when love alone made my heart flutter, and your unchanging face,

fell beyond the earth's line and then rose again.

I admired the twilight burning all night over fields and coasts.

Conversely, 

the morning of the polar night would quickly darken again.

The polar night, 

the waiting for hope 

became this song. 

The instrumental bridge and ending of the song 

were inspired by my mother's hymn. 

On a sunny afternoon, 

my mother's humming while doing housework

was a solace to me.

To all beloved ones, 

may you have peaceful dreams tonight.
