* Please note that defects or missing components cannot be acknowledged without a recorded video.

* External damage that occurred during the delivery process is non-refundable/exchangeable/returnable if the product's vinyl has been opened or removed.

* Minor scratches, blemishes, and discoloration may occur on the exterior during the product packaging/delivery process, and this cannot be a reason for exchange.
