ONF is releasing their 2nd full album Part.1 [ONF:MY IDENTITY] approximately 10 months after their 8th mini album [BEAUTIFUL SHADOW] released in April of last year, and approximately 4 years after their 1st full album [ONF:MY NAME] released in February 2021.
ONF, who captivated domestic and international fans with their magnificent narrative, unique live performances, and performances through their 8th mini album, are attempting another transformation in their 2nd full album Part.1 [ONF:MY IDENTITY]. In this album, ONF presents a deeper worldview and music, conveying hope and the power to move forward to those in the dark as travelers chasing dreams.
This time, they worked with producer Hwang Hyun, who has been with them since their debut, and members Minkyun and Wyatt participated in composing and writing the lyrics for the title track and other songs, adding meaning. In particular, ONF writes stories that only 'we' can tell, based on 'our' standards, not the absolute standards set by the world. The members explode the synergy of bright energy to show an upgraded music spectrum, as well as showing the perfect appearance of 'performance masters'.
ONF's 2nd full album Part.1 [ONF:MY IDENTITY], which offers a glimpse into ONF's complete music and performance, consists of a total of 6 tracks.
First, the title track ‘The Stranger’ is a pop genre with a funky rhythm, and the vocals that freely cross a wide range are impressive. With the theme of “The story of ‘us’ chasing dreams,” the members’ attractive tones harmonize to create a strong attraction and show the determination and solidity to go our own way.
Not only the title track, but also the B-side tracks boast high quality. ‘Night Tale’, which sharply and attractively depicts a wandering heart, ‘Nothing but a stranger (ON Team Ver.)’, an R&B song by the vocal unit ON Team that conveys unfulfilled feelings with melody and harmony, ‘Anti Hero (OFF Team Ver.)’ by the performance unit OFF Team, which will show a variety of charms as much as the song’s colorful variations, ‘Good Place’, which offers a short break from busy daily life, and ‘Collab’, which contains a message to fans, this 2nd full album Part.1 is enough to further solidify ONF’s group identity as ‘Only One’.

‘Night Tale’ is an Electro Funk song with an attractive contrasting ensemble created by sharply repeated Synth Bass and restrained Drum. By minimizing the use of instruments, it clearly shows the rhythmic vocals of the ‘talented group’ ONF.

‘Nothing but a stranger’ is a song by the unit ON Team (Hyojin, E-TION, Minkyun) consisting of three vocalists. It is an R&B genre that was hard to see in ONF's existing music, and if the melody is the words spoken out of the mouth, the harmony (Chord) represents the feelings that were not revealed.
Contrary to the calmly delivered words, the countless unresolved non-harmonic tones, which are the heart of this song, express sincerity in harmony with unstoppable emotions.
