■ Product Introduction
This story is about individual isolation,
and also about love and solidarity.
<Paper Flower Garden: Du Halmang Bonpuri> is a pansori one-person play that reinterprets the Jeju shamanic myth [Saengbul Halmang Bonpuri].
It premiered at the National Theater of Korea's Yeowoorak Festival in 2023 and was performed in 9 regions nationwide the following year.
In 2025, as preparations for the stage continue, major songs will be released as an OST album.
The songs featured in the work blend a single pansori vocalist with two chorus members, bass, piano, guitar, and janggu.
The sounds, created with various modes and rhythms of traditional vocal music such as pansori, folk songs, and shamanic songs, are arranged to incorporate jazz characteristics. The accompanying music aims to present a restrained sound that maximizes the texture and rhythm of traditional Korean vocal music.
The main melody of 'Go to Bloom (Track 1)', a symbol of the work, is varied in several songs and delicately portrays the character's emotions and situations.

Pansori Azit Nohlaebox
Pansori Azit Nohlaebox was formed in 2021, centered around creator Park Inhye, who has continuously engaged in creative work across pansori one-person plays, changgeuk (Korean opera), musicals, and dramas.
Leveraging the unique characteristics of pansori, they are creating more Korean musical theater that goes beyond tradition.
They contemplate how pansori's inherent music, theatricality, and acting techniques should manifest in contemporary theater, focusing internally on nurturing pansori creators and performers.
