'The New Employee' is a thrilling office romance between Kim Jong-chan (played by Kwon Hyuk), the perfect team leader with the top sales in the advertising industry and everything from looks to body, and Woo Seung-hyun (played by Moon Ji-yong), a new employee who is experiencing everything for the first time.

The OST track consists of the representative songs 'Why Are You Doing This To Me' and 'IoU' and four background music tracks, and also includes unreleased special videos of director Kim Jho Kwang-soo and actors Kwon Hyuk and Moon Ji-yong.

'Can't I help but be drawn to you?' The main theme 'Why Are You Doing This To Me', which sings about the irresistible attraction to each other, expresses the fluttering heart with EP sounds as the main axis, along with lead and guitar. The horn session heard after the bridge heightens the emotional lines of the actors, and the calm voices of the two actors (Kwon Hyuk, Moon Ji-yong) tell a story full of sincerity.
