Pianist, composer, arranger.
Started playing the piano at the age of six. He has been playing all genres of music on the piano since he was a student at Tokyo Institute of Technology.
He debuted in 1986 with the release of [Lake Misty Blue], an album containing lyrical original piano pieces. He has released more than 40 works to date with acoustic instrument arrangements. He maintains a sense of restraint and balance in all of his released works, inviting listeners into a pleasant and comfortable world of music. He has been holding concerts in various parts of Korea since 1999, and his first concert in Korea held at the Seoul Arts Center Concert Hall was sold out, and he has been selling out all Seoul performances at his annual concerts in Korea until 2019, establishing himself as the most beloved pianist in Korea.

<Reading Tomorrow> (NHK 1995~2006), <The Hotel> opening theme (TV Asahi, 1991~1997), drama <Proof of the Man> (1993), <Two Mothers> (Awarded the Arts Award, 1994), drama <Last Love> (NHK, 1995), <Stop Time> (1995), drama <Skip> (1996), <The Life of Ishimitsu Makiyo> (1998), NHK Friday Historical Drama <Lower-Level Manager Clerk Dozing Monzo> (1998), Drama Hall <The Day I Saw a Whale> (1999), <One More Kiss> (NHK, KBS co-production, 2000), movie <Jennifer~Love of Namidaishi> (2004). Received the TBS Record Award Special Award in 2004. In July 2011, he was in charge of the music for the original musical <Wuthering Heights> (performed at Akasaka ACT Theater, Umeda Arts Theater Theater, and Drama City). He composed all the music for the Japan Pavilion at the Expo <Yeosu Expo> (May 12 - August 12, 2012) held in Yeosu, Korea in 2012. Recently released CDs in Korea include [Heartstrings Again], [Score of Piano], [Misty Lake Louise], [Reminessence II], [Romantic Winter] [Dear Heart], [Gentle Mind].
